3. Abortions are not always negative as some may portray. Some people just need to understand that most woman who do under go an abortion, simply do not want to be pregnant. Yes, you can argue "use birth control" or "use condoms". You can even say "just don't have sex", but in the end, most people will still have sex. As for the contraceptives, condoms are only 98% effective and birth control is only 96% effective. So even with the products used to prevent pregnancy, it still occurs. You cannot blame someone for wanting an abortion when they were on birth control AND the pill itself failed, not the woman. Abortions should be legal and should be available for a woman by a professional doctor in a safe environment. I chose this article in particular because not every woman wants to be pregnant. Not every woman is entitled to keeping a baby they were not planning to have.
