Activism in the form of art
For my social issues i found that through art it is a better way to catch my audience attention and make the re consider when they talk negative about their selfs or others , or when they harm their self to fit the medias perspective of "beauty" . I wanted to get my message across like banksy does in his art work , or how like Barbara Kruger does in her art . Barbara Kruger has some pieces of art that demostate second thoughts and make you reconsider what is really going on . Music is also a good way to get my message across I found a couple of songs , like Beyoncé's "pretty hurts" that makes you think people go through this everyday to try to conform and be like someone else other then thier selfs .
